Candeo has a very difficult product to market. They have a Healthy Sexuality platform that helps people overcome sexual addiction. Due to the private nature of the product Candeo had a hard time getting people to sign up.

Candeo was asking for a six month commitment, First and Last name, and credit card information in order to complete a sale. This was a pretty big leap of faith that they were expecting customers to make. I wanted to create a way for users to get in and use the product anonymously, for free.

I created a “Getting Started” account that allowed users to get in quickly and see what the program was all about, and have their questions answered by professionals and other customers.

We went from a .38% conversion rate to about 7% of getting started accounts signing up for the full program.
